As part of our national commitment to skills development and youth empowerment, Indev Foundation NPC, through its Skeli Institute for Skills Development and Innovation, implements industry-aligned learnerships and skills programmes designed to prepare learners for the Future of Work in an increasingly digital and connected world.
Our learnerships combine technical training, digital literacy, and entrepreneurial learning to create pathways that lead directly to employment, self-employment, or enterprise creation.
We prioritise learners from underrepresented groups including youth, women, and persons with disabilities ensuring equitable access to opportunity.
These programmes are structured to deliver certified Short Learning Programs as wellas accredited occupational qualifications aligned with relevant SETA frameworks, equip learners with 21st-century skills through applied learning and innovation labs, and provide work-integrated training and mentorship that links learning outcomes with tangible employment and enterprise opportunities.
We also promote ethical, future-oriented citizenship grounded in responsibility, problem-solving, and innovation.
Our learnership programmes are implemented in partnership with Institutions of Higher Learning, TVET Colleges, Public and Private Sector Institutions, and industry stakeholders, ensuring that every training pathway leads to real-world outcomes from employment to entrepreneurship.
