The Business Administration and Project Management Learnership is a structured, accredited 12-month programme aimed at developing administrative, managerial, and organizational competencies essential for effective business operations and project delivery.
This programme provides learners with a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical workplace experience in key business functions such as administration, planning, budgeting, coordination, and project execution. It aligns with the National Skills Development Strategy (NSDS III), QCTO frameworks, and the National Development Plan (NDP) objectives to enhance employability and productivity in South Africa’s corporate and public sectors.
Purpose of the Programme
The learnership aims to:
